GeoClip Terms of Service

GeoClip is a casual geography game with daily, solo, and multiplayer modes, a free account tier, and optional paid features. By accessing or playing GeoClip you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GeoClip.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use GeoClip. GeoClip is not directed to children under 13. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Playing today's free Daily clip and joining a friend's game need no account; hosting, the full Daily run, solo runs, and saved progress do. Free accounts can play daily and solo challenges, join and host standard multiplayer lobbies, save XP and achievements, and track history. You agree to provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, report unauthorized access promptly to security@geoclip.fun, and accept responsibility for account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, harm, or violations. While signed in, you can export or delete your account in Profile settings; contact privacy@geoclip.fun for help. Post-deletion data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service. Do not upload or share unlawful, harassing, hateful, or rights-infringing content. You are responsible for your conduct and content while using GeoClip.

If you submit content such as clips or location suggestions, you grant GeoClip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it to operate and improve the game. You represent that you have the rights needed to share it.

GeoClip and associated trademarks, logos, game assets, and code belong to GeoClip or its licensors. You may not use our branding or assets without prior written permission.

GeoClip is provided as is and as available. We disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GeoClip and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of GeoClip.

We may suspend or terminate access to GeoClip at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms. We will revise the Last updated date when we do. Continuing to use GeoClip after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

GeoClip Pro unlocks paid features active at purchase; current features and price appear in the app and checkout. Pro is billed monthly in USD unless shown otherwise and renews on the purchase anniversary until canceled; you authorize recurring charges. Stripe securely processes payments under https://stripe.com/legal/consumer, and GeoClip does not store complete card information. You may cancel in Profile settings and retain Pro through the current billing period. Payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, forgotten cancellations, or unused months; cancellation stops only future renewals. Failed recurring payments may make the subscription past due and later cancel Pro access, while outstanding amounts remain due. We may change pricing with advance email notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and continued Pro use accepts the new price.
